1. Nobody knows your product or service quite like you, so our first step is getting to know you. We can have an informal chat in person or over the phone, explaining the process, and showing how we can help you.

2. Now we can provide you with a quote, and when you agree to it, the design begins. We will come up with a draft design, and together we tweak it until you are totally satisfied with it. Its only when you are delighted that we move on.

3. Next we create the website, transforming it from a draft to a fully working website, or if its a piece of graphic design, we produce the master copy. We keep you informed throughout this period, so you are always in control.

4. After all the last touches have been made and you are happy, we are done, and you have a final product. We never view the end of the project as the end of our relationship, and we will always be there to offer support and help where it is needed. Our whole aim is to leave you delighted.
